We take calls every day from business owners and managers who are looking for help. While some folks know exactly what they want and are looking for pricing and timeline estimates, most don’t.

The majority of business owners who reach out for the first time are looking for advice, ideas, or information to solve a problem. Those problems can be as broad as needing to find more customers to specifics such as a new product launch, expanding to new markets, or finding ways to use budgets more effectively.

It’s not unusual for a first call to go longer than expected and to actually spend time brainstorming ideas that drive interest in talking further.
